The Harbin Clinic Eye Center is the premier provider of comprehensive eye care services to patients in Northwest Georgia and Northeast Alabama. Our physicians, Dr. Bob Harbin and Dr. Paul Harton, are skilled and experienced ophthalmic microsurgeons who have been the first to introduce a number of new technologies to the area. Our optometrists, Dr. Bruce Bell and Dr. Jeffrey Kozlowski, complete the Harbin Clinic Eye Center team.
