Bob Harbin, M.D.
Originally
from Rome, Dr. Harbin joined Harbin Clinic in 1978. He received his
Medical Doctorate degree from Vanderbilt Medical School in Nashville,
Tennessee and his undergraduate degree at the University of Virginia
in Charlottesville. Dr. Harbin completed an internship at the University
of Alabama in Birmingham and a residency at the University of Florida
in Gainesville.
Dr. Harbin is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology.
He is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology; American Medical
Association; Medical Association of Georgia; Floyd-Polk-Chattooga Medical
Society; American Society of Cataract & Refractive Surgery; and
Georgia Society of Ophthalmology. He and his family reside in Rome.
Paul J. Harton, Jr., M.D.
Originially
from Pennsylvania, Dr. Harton joined Harbin Clinic in 1999. He received
his Medical Doctorate degree from Ohio State University College of Medicine
in Columbus, Ohio and completed his undergraduate education at Ohio
State University College of Pharmacy. He completed an internship and
residency at Ohio State University College of Medicine in Columbus.
Dr. Harton is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology.
He is a member of the American Society of Cataract & Refractive
Surgery; American Academy of Ophthalmology; International Society of
Refractive Surgery; and Georgia Society of Ophthalmology. He and his
family reside in Cartersville.
Bruce R. King Bell, O.D.
Dr. Bell received his Doctor of Optometry degree from the Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee. He attended Shorter College in Rome, Georgia and West Georgia College in Carrollton. He is certified by the National Board of Examiners in Optometry and the Georgia State Board of Optometry. He joined the Harbin Clinic in 1989.
Jeffrey D. Kozlowski, O.D.
Dr. Kozlowski received his Doctor of Optometry degree from the New England College of Optometry in Boston, Massachusetts. He received is Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Grove City College in Grove City, Pennsylvania. He joined the Harbin Clinic in 2007. He and his wife, Jill, have two children and reside in Rome.
