I am amazed at the professionalism possessed by Mr. Cole. He PROMPTLY returned my phone call, listened to my concerns, AND when we were cut off, (at one point during our call)~ HE called ME back. There are not many people in this day and time who would take the time to do all that Mr. Cole did for me on this day. Individuals who do a GREAT job for others, (especially the patients), should be rewarded. (I only wish it could be easier to reward that GREAT employee!) My family and I would like to thank Pediatrics, The Imaging center and Multi spec. /orthopedics’ in Cartersville. I received a call that my daughter broke her arm at school. I called Pediatrics and they saw her right away, sent her for x-rays and referred her to orthopedics. Dr. Kasson seen her that afternoon and scheduled her for a procedure at the surgery center. Everyone was so kind and worked together to make sure she was taken care of. Thanks to everyone

This isn't just a one-time experience. Cindy is a new tri-age nurse for this office and she is really on top of her game. Whether you have a medical question that needs to be relayed to your doctor or a medication refill she's the go-to person. I always have an answer the same day or at the latest by noon the following day and my medications refills are always sent to the correct pharmacy promptly. Cindy is truly a god-send and is truly appreciated by this patient. Thank you Cindy!!!!
